We do not take our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security lightly. Shipping and Delivery
So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can indulge in your beautiful new products. We expect you should receive your order within 5 days of placing. If this passes please contact us to locate your parcel for you.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Been Completed!” email.
- We aim to ship your order within 24hrs (excluding weekends/public holidays).
We ship via courier.
- How much is shipping?
Within New-Zealand all orders $80 and over are shipped free anywhere in New-Zealand. Orders under $150 have a flat fee of only $7.50 for urban deliveries, $10.50 for rural deliveries.
- Can I track my order?
Current our courier system is not linked, however you can contact us anytime and we will give you an update and follow up with courier if necessary.
- Where does my order ship from?
All products are shipped directly from Natures Skin and Body Care Christchurch, New Zealand.
Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, it may not be right for you. On the rare occasion products may have recieved damage during delivery
What Products are Provided with the Guarantee?
We stand by all of our products and depending on the issue we will replace or refund.
Product damaged in transit
Please contact us asap after recieving. Please keep packaging and product and if possible please send us photos of the damage. We will discuss with you a resolution to suit.
Product doesn't suit you.
Within 30 days of purchase you can return you product for exchange. You will need to pay return courier and any additional cost of a different product.
Warranty Exceptions
If you have purchase from on of our retailers please contact them first, they will then contact us if necessary.
